Mock Baseboard Removal after Water Damage  - Team Learning Lessons

Team Learning Lessons - Maddie Demonstrates a Mock Removal of Baseboard

After a property experiences water damage, the priority is to dry everything out as quickly as possible. If not, mold will start growing within 24 to 48 hours.  Baseboards are the most common items to be detached in the event of water damage. If drywall is not water-saturated above the baseboard, removing the trim and creating dispersed air holes in the baseboard location will generate appropriate airflow for favorable drying conditions.

Great Job, Maddie, on demonstrating a mock removal of a baseboard!
