Target Drying Mat System Can Often Save Hardwood Floors
This was a water loss in Verona,Wisconsin resulting from an ice dam that defrosted earlier this spring. The water leaked from that ice dam outside and traveled through the exterior walls and into this house affecting the hardwood floors.
We use top of the line commercial drying equipment here at SERVPRO of Dane County West. As seen in the after picture, the Target Drying Mat System was used to save this customer's hardwood floors.
The Target Drying Mat patent system of webbing and tiny micro-jets evenly distributes air across affected surface. Used with the Drymatic Boost Box and an air mover or air mover alone, the Target Drying Mat kits consist of durable PVC mesh construction. Connected to the Boost Box, they focus thermal energy exactly where it's needed, significantly increasing the evaporation rate of bound moisture from the material.
