Protein Fire Mitigation

Protein fires are created by burnt foods like an unattended chicken stock left on the range. Protein fires leave considerable smoke residue and produce an especially repugnant odor that can permeate everything in a home or commercial property.

Our trained technicians use ozone treatments and thermal fogging to mitigate protein odor.  An ozone treatment can deodorize, disinfect, and remove smoke particles in an indoor environment. Ozone is formed in the generator and dispersed in a room where it oxidizes organic smoke and odor particles. A thermal fogger emits a cloud of particles that are similar in composition to smoke then penetrate a structure's cracks, crevices and surface pores neutralizing any smoke particles they come in contact with.
